Job Description As our Head of Medical Services, you will:Provide clinical leadership and governance oversight across IDN Primary Healthcare Services, ensuring safe, effective and compliant care deliveryLead Clinical Leads across Psychiatry, AOD, General Practice, Nursing, Pharmacy and Medical Escorts to ensure consistent service standards across all sitesEnsure services meet contractual, legislative and accreditation requirements including KPIs, Statements of Work and reporting obligationsDrive continuous improvement through clinical outcomes, incident reviews, audits and stakeholder feedbackAct as senior medical advisor to executive leadership and represent HCA in external clinical forumsLet's talk about you! This role suits an experienced Medical Practitioner with (or working towards) Fellowship with RACGP, ACRRM or FRACMA and 10+ years' experience in General Practice, Emergency Medicine, or Rural and Remote Medicine.You bring strong clinical judgement, leadership and supervision capability, and are confident working in complex, high-pressure environments with a range of stakeholders. You have experience in clinical governance, quality improvement and incident management, along with a sound understanding of accreditation standards.
