About your role: * Utilise effective communication, interpersonal and consultation skills to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams promoting the function of the peer role and advocate for the consumer perspective. * Drawing on your lived experience of recovery, support consumers to identify their own achievable and meaningful recovery goals, including planning to make positive changes to achieve these. * Hold an understanding of available community support services and assist consumers with navigation and linkages to relevant services. * Work with multidisciplinary teams and complement existing services to assist consumers on their recovery journey. * Participate in quality improvement activities within the MHAOD Service as required.
