Maintenance Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating staff to perform works onsite, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and within budget.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Coordinate staff to perform works onsite, including the correct installation and maintenance of work at each stage.
o Interpret and understand work specifications and drawings.
o Ensure works are performed to specifications and delivered to a high standard, within budget and timeline.
o Supervise internal teams, subcontractors, and clients as required.
o Perform horticulture tasks such as gardening and mowing, within scope and competency when required.
o Manage timesheets and work orders as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
o Audit work and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) compliance onsite as directed.
Requirements
* Essential Skills and Qualifications:
o Current Victorian Drivers License.
o Trade Certificate/Qualification in Landscaping/Horticulture or similar.
o 3-5 years' experience in the industry as a Team Leader or Maintenance supervisor or similar.
