About the Role
We internally refer to the Supervisor - Vendor Performance/Procurement/Supply Chains as theSupply Chain & Vendor Performance Supervisor.
As the Supply Chain & Vendor Performance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our vendor network and shipping partners deliver at the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and driving performance across vendors and shipping agents to meet service and cost expectations.
Producing clear, insightful reporting and translating data into meaningful recommendations that guide business decisions.
Working closely with internal teams to simplify complex supply chain information into practical, actionable terms and advice.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Vendor Management and Procurement (experience overseas or with international vendors is highly desirable).
Brings a strong analytical mindset and is confident in working with data to identify trends and opportunities.
Is a proactive self-starter who thrives on tackling varied and challenging tasks.
Demonstrates the ability to guide conversations and set clear expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
Can interpret performance insights and use them to influence stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
Holds a tertiary qualification in Supply Chain & Vendor Management, logistics or a related discipline is highly desirable.
