Role
As a Change Manager, you'll play a key role in driving successful business outcomes by embedding change across large programs. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure smooth adoption and business readiness.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end change management activities across transformation programs
* Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analysis
* Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies
* Partner with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and alignment
* Deliver training frameworks and support business transition
* Monitor and report on change effectiveness and adoption metrics
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Change Manager in large enterprise environments
* Background in one or more of:
* Mining / Resources
* Retail / Consumer
* Experience delivering change across technology or digital transformation programs
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, consulting-led environment
Highly Regarded
* Experience working with consultancies
* Exposure to multi-client or matrix environments
* Strong communication and influencing skills
