The Health and Community Services Directorate (HCSD) is seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to support the Deputy Director-General in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role provides high-level administrative support, including managing multiple inboxes and calendars, coordinating meetings and correspondence, and overseeing workflow within the office. You will assist the Deputy Director-General in prioritising and managing their workload effectively. As the first point of contact for the Office, you will liaise with senior stakeholders across government and external organisations. The position requires discretion, responsiveness, and excellent communication skills to meet the evolving needs of the Directorate.
