* Main Tasks: Deliver evidence-based quality care to consumers, actively monitor health deterioration and ensure timely interventions.
* Further Expectations: Effectively lead and manage both clinical and care teams, deliver quality care through advanced nursing skills and knowledge.
* Specific Requirements: Collect, interpret and analyse clinical data, lead and monitor documentation relating to consumer care.
Necessary Qualifications: Advanced clinical knowledge relevant to the aged care environment, thorough working knowledge of AN-ACC and Aged Care Quality Standards.
