Job Overview
Cast-Tech Group are a specialist provider of concrete construction solutions to the Agricultural, civil and mining industries across WA.
We are a family owned and operated business, with a focus on delivering end-to-end project support to our clients, allowing them to focus on what they do best.
Our base in Gnowangerup houses our batching plant and our precast concrete operations, while we also operate a mobile batching plant which allows us to service remote, onsite requirements for concrete construction works.

Qualifications Required
Trade Certificate in relevant field or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with demonstrated experience in supervisory roles considered advantageous.
Driver's Licence & White Card mandatory.
HRWL such as Forklift, Dogman, Working at heights will be considered advantageous.
Higher class drivers licences (MR, HR, HC or MC) will be considered advantageous.
Tilt-up ticket &/or Tilt-up supervisor ticket will also be advantageous.
Strong organisational and time management skills, especially with supervision of a team.
Ability to pass drug and alcohol test.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office for communication and reporting purposes will be considered advantageously.
Design, Drafting, Estimating & Project Management Role
Requirements:
2 years prior experience in Civil / Structural engineering, preferably in a project context.
Project planning & execution experience.
Proficiency in 2D and 3D Drafting & Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
Experience specifically in Concrete construction including precast concrete highly regarded.
Strong communication skills.
The ability & willingness to think outside the box and suggest alternative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with Management to identify our clients' requirements and producing professional drawings to reflect those requirements.
Estimating accurate costings on client requirements.
Providing our clients with prompt proposals, backed up with professional drawings (note: drawings include onsite civil works, precast concrete items, and formwork to manufacture precast concrete items).
On project award, liaising with required stakeholders to ensure designs are correctly certified & fit for purpose.
Liaise with Project Managers to ensure all materials are correctly allowed for.
Working with project delivery team throughout the project to overcome any issues that may arise.
Employment Details
Full time position working 7:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with some overtime may be required.
Remuneration packages between $76,515 – $90,000 will be offered to the successful candidates.
