The Opportunity

We're hiring a high-performing Technical Sales Executive with a hunter mentality and a technical mind. Your strength is selling, prospecting, opening doors, building trust, running tight deals, negotiating, and closing. You'll be backed by Hetech's engineering and production experts for technical scoping, quoting accuracy, and solution details, so you can stay focused on winning and growing business.

What You'll Do

* Build and convert pipeline: Identify target accounts, create meetings, and progress opportunities through clear stages to close.
* Run world-class discovery: Uncover pain points and translate Hetech's value into business outcomes such as speed-to-market, reliability, and risk reduction.
* Own the numbers: Hit monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets; maintain clean forecasts
* Quote & proposal momentum: Coordinate timely proposals with our internal specialists; follow through to improve win rates.
* Grow key accounts: Drive renewals, upsell services, and expand relationships with decision-makers across procurement, operations, and leadership.
* Territory development: Map the market, build relationships, and represent Hetech at customer visits and industry events.
* CRM discipline: Keep pipeline, notes, and next steps current for visibility and predictable performance.

Technical Support You'll Receive

* Pre-sales engineering support for discovery, scoping, and capability questions.
* Dedicated quoting & procurement support for pricing, lead times, and commercial options.
* Ongoing training to deepen product/solution knowledge without losing sales focus.

What You'll Bring

* B2B sales success (manufacturing, industrial, electronics, or services).
* Minimum 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience in manufacturing, industrial, electronics, or services sectors.
* A proven track record of new business acquisition and account expansion: you consistently meet/exceed targets.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; confident with stakeholders at all levels.
* Organised, proactive, and commercially sharp, comfortable managing multiple deals and timelines.
* A technical mind: curious, comfortable learning and asking smart questions to align solutions to customer needs.
* Current driver's license and willingness to travel across SEQ and ANZ as required.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required for work authorisation.
