Location: Sydney Processing Centre, Alexandria, NSW

Position: Permanent Full‐Time – 38 hours per week (76 per fortnight)

Salary: $72,000–$75,000 + Penalties (if applicable) + Super + Salary Packaging

About the role: The Milk Technician will support the safe, timely manufacture and distribution of Pasteurised Donor Human Milk (PDHM) within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manufacture PDHM in accordance with Food Safety, cGMP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Perform equipment setup, cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Accurately complete production records and documentation.
• Identify and report risks or process deviations.
• Collaborate with a multi‐disciplinary team to meet production timelines.
• Contribute to quality, continuous improvement and research activities.

What we're looking for:

• Sound knowledge of Food Safety principles.
• Experience in food handling or manufacturing (highly regarded).
• Strong communication skills and a team‐focused approach.
• Ability to follow procedures with high attention to detail.
• Qualification in Food Safety and understanding of GMP (desirable).
• Flexibility to work afternoon shifts.

Shift & working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM; occasional start around 12noon possible.
