About the role
As a Manager of Court Practice, you will oversee the operational functions of Community Corrections, guiding a talented team of practitioners to deliver best‐practice court order case management. This critical leadership role places you at the forefront of shaping the delivery of impactful outcomes, while fostering a workplace culture of continuous learning and improvement. As part of the Barwon South West leadership team, you will collaborate with passionate leaders striving for operational excellence.

Qualifications and experience
* Extensive case management experience with complex and high‐risk clients and expertise in best practice risk minimisation and therapeutic initiatives.
* Experience in managing teams and resources to ensure smooth delivery of services.
* Teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse group of staff with varied experience.
* A strong operational lens with the ability to monitor financial performance, resource and staffing requirements.
* A relevant qualification in social work, human services or criminal justice discipline, with work experience in a similar field.
