Role Overview
As an Agribusiness Relationship Manager supporting the Adelaide Hills region, you will maintain trusted working relationships with customers, provide personalized high-quality banking solutions, and help local businesses thrive.
Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of customers' goals and deliver win-win solutions while maintaining awareness of Bendigo Bank's growth targets.
Work proactively within the community to identify new business prospects and opportunities to attract new agribusiness customers to our portfolio (up to $5m TAE).
Partner with network stakeholders to develop and implement localised engagement plans that achieve successful outcomes for customers, communities, and Bendigo Bank.
Drive profitable growth for your local area by meeting team sales targets, converting referrals, and delivering results that can be taken pride in.
Support the success of your state team by mentoring and growing the skills of Agribusiness Business Banking and Retail colleagues across the region.
What you'll bring to the role
To succeed in this role you will have:
A tertiary qualification in agribusiness finance or a related discipline.
The ability to undertake travel and possession of a current C class driver licence.
We would also love you to have:
Demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles.
Financial analysis skills including the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements.
Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows and markets.
The ability to think outside the square to develop innovative customer-centric solutions.
