About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a defined region and building strong partnerships with key trade partners.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with experience in the trade industry. You will drive sales performance by executing strategic customer and channel plans, influencing key stakeholders, and delivering exceptional in-field execution.

* $80-$95k plus super and bonus

About You:
* 2+ years of experience in sales or trade-related roles, ideally within construction, building materials, or similar industries
* Demonstrated success in developing long-term client relationships and securing new business opportunities
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
* Strong self-motivation and discipline in planning, managing, and executing a territory sales strategy
* Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel regularly within a designated region
The Role:
* Manage and grow key customer accounts within your territory, including builders, resellers, installers, and specifiers.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by adding value in every client interaction.
* Implement structured sales strategies and customer engagement plans in line with team leadership direction.
* Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through solution-based selling and effective product advocacy.
* Ensure outstanding showroom presentation, in-store visibility, and point-of-sale material execution to support product positioning.
