As the Program Lead (previously referred to as Lead Educator), your adaptability and problem‐solving mindset will empower both students and staff every day. You'll lead a team of dedicated teachers delivering VET teacher training programs. You'll oversee curriculum design, scheduling, student progress, and staff development—ensuring high‐quality outcomes for students from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate curriculum planning, delivery, and continuous improvement
* Monitor student attendance, engagement, and academic progress
* Support staff with daily operations
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders

* Must have: Diploma of Vocation education and training
* Excellent knowledge of the VET Sector and the Training Standards for RTOs
* Experience delivering TAE Courses
