As a Service Advisor at our esteemed dealership, you will play a vital role in providing an outstanding experience for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
* Face-to-face contact with service guests as they drop off and pick up their vehicles.
* Taking enquiries and making service bookings from a range of guests.
* Maintaining regular contact with our servicing guests to provide updates on their vehicles and additional work that is required.
* Liaising with the workshop staff to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and are returned to our service guests as promised.
* Working with manufacturer's warranty guidelines to submit and process claims.
* Excellent phone manner.
* The motivation to succeed and meet sales targets.
* The ability to be the main point of contact for customers and consistent delivery of exceptional customer service throughout their service, be it in person or on the phone.
* Communication/internal coordination with your colleagues with scheduling repair orders, etc.
* Promoting parts and accessories as appropriate.
* Competent computer skills, preparing repair orders, invoices, ordering parts and relevant paperwork when required.
* A valid driver's license.
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
* A strong work ethic and impeccable personal presentation.
* Work well in a team environment.
* A conscientious and motivated attitude, with an eye for detail.
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor is desirable but not essential.
