Diverse Accounts Payable role with exposure to the full Procure-to-Pay process and cross-functional stakeholder coordination The Position: Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end accounts payable functions within a high-volume SAP environment. Your responsibilities will include: Processing and validating supplier invoices within SAP Matching invoices to purchase orders and contracts Monitoring and managing workflow approvals Assisting with payment runs and reconciliations Responding to supplier and internal stakeholder enquiries Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and payment issues Maintaining accurate financial records in line with organisational policies and procedures Supporting procurement and compliance requirements within a Procure-to-Pay environment Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives This role is aligned to someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities within a deadline-driven environment. Your Profile: To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience in a high-volume accounts payable role Experience working within SAP or a large ERP system Strong understanding of purchase orders and Procure-to-Pay processes Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to resolving issues High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Profficient in Microsoft packages Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment Previous experience within infrastructure, construction, maintenance or government-related environments will be highly regarded.
