The Company This market leader is one of Adelaide's most trusted and successful property developers, who also offer boutique inhouse property management services. This is not your typical real estate agency, and opportunities like this are rare. The Role The team are seeking to employ an experienced professional property manager who can assist their senior property manager with the day to day running of their quality high end portfolio, all within close proximity of the office base. This role is ideally suited to someone that has at least 12 months experience in property management and is seeking 15 – 22.5 hours per week. These hours are flexible over Monday to Friday. The Duties Your duties will be a nice mix of being in/out the office. Your tasks will include but not limited to: • Inspections (open, routine, ingoing and outgoings) • Organising and supervising property maintenance • Correspondence & client enquiries • Preparing leases/renewals • Creditor payments and tenant invoicing Skills & Experience Ideally, as the successful candidate, you will have the following: • Previous experience of 12 months in a property management role with sound knowledge of SA legislation • Experience providing general administrative support • Current registration in Property Management and a current driver's license • Well-developed computer skills including Property Tree (or similar) • Exceptional verbal and written customer service skills What's on Offer Would you like to work in a close-knit team for a company with a great reputation.
