Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Care Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Client Care Manager, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. Your strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when interacting with customers, always providing exceptional service.
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner, aiming for positive resolutions.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the team's processes and suggest innovative solutions.
* Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate team members and ensure prompt and accurate responses.
* Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting healthy competition and cooperation.
* Assist with additional tasks and duties as required and requested.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.
* Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the retail or furniture industry.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different individuals.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing and record-keeping.
* Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workload effectively.
* Positive attitude, patience, and resilience in dealing with challenging customer situations.
