Role Overview
Occupational Therapist – full time preferred, with flexibility for part‐time hours.
Team and Environment
Work with a multidisciplinary team of eight therapists (OT, SP, EP, PT) dedicated to client‐centered care. The clinic features five large therapy rooms, one well‐equipped plaster/casting room, a custom seating workshop, and a large outdoor therapy space with play equipment. Equipment includes LiteGait Trainer, Magic Carpet, Eye‐Gaze Devices, specialised telepractice tools, and custom outdoor play pieces.
Responsibilities
* Provide evidence‐based occupational therapy services to clients aged 0‐65 with cerebral palsy and other physical, intellectual, genetic, or neurodiverse disabilities.
* Deliver care in the clinic and in community settings, including client homes, schools/pre‐schools, and other community venues as required.
* Support intensive therapy groups during school holidays and conduct monthly on‐site equipment clinics in partnership with equipment suppliers.
* Collaborate with therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, and educational professionals to achieve client goals.
* Maintain accurate, up‐to‐date documentation in accordance with the NDIS Worker Code of Conduct and other regulatory standards.

Eligibility Criteria
* Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
* Current AHPRA registration.
* Evidence of current AHPRA registration.
* Current driver's licence and personal vehicle.
* Medium level of physical functionality (required for safe client and staff handling).
* All workers must adhere to the NDIS Worker Code of Conduct.
