As Practice Manager, You Will

• Lead and inspire a team of GPs, Nurses, Allied Health, and Administration staff
• Oversee two operationally distinct but integrated services (GP + UCC)
• Drive operational excellence, patient experience, and team performance
• Manage rosters, finances, reporting, and compliance
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to strategic growth
• Build a strong, positive culture that is aligned with our values

We're Searching For Someone Who Is

• A proven Practice Manager (3–5+ years experience) ready for a step up
• A confident, hands‐on leader who thrives in complexity and change
• Highly organised, proactive, and solutions‐focused
• Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
• Capable of managing competing priorities across multiple services

Essential Experience Includes

• Best Practice software
• Medicare, WorkCover, and DVA billing
• Rostering and financial management
• Leading teams in a fast‐paced healthcare environment
