The Role
Take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio while working closely with a friendly, long-standing team. This is a full-time Monday–Friday position where you'll feel supported, encouraged and valued.
What You'll Be Doing
* Building and maintaining strong landlord & tenant relationships
* Managing arrears
* Routines, entries & exits
* Rent reviews, lease renewals and increases, and more
Who We're Looking For
You're someone who is:
* Mature, confident and comfortable with a wide range of clients
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A great communicator — written and verbal
* Professional, well-presented and customer-service driven
* Hard-working, career-focused and loves a laugh
* Holding a current driver's licence & valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration
