FULL TIME PERMANENT ICT CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER
Samy Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced ICT Customer Support Officer to join our team in Rockingham. As a family-owned company, we provide high-quality general medical services across Rockingham, Canning Vale and Harvey, alongside servicing various nursing homes and our subsidiaries: Skin Hub, Solis Health, Trinity Health and Purity Health.
The Role
You will provide high-level advice to medical practices, nursing homes and SMG's subsidiaries on issues related to the development, implementation and support to ICT projects such as software development, network maintenance and integration of changes and upgrades to business processes. You will assist in the coordination of ICT updates, following standard procedures and reporting protocols to minimize technical risks.
Within this role, you will be expected to establish and maintain working relationships and effective communication networks with medical practices, nursing homes, patients, clients, vendors, regulatory bodies, staff and other stakeholders to ensure access to diverse specialist knowledge.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Technical Support: Providing onsite and remote support to clinical and administrative staff regarding hardware, software and network issues.
* System Maintenance: Monitoring and maintaining technology resources, including phone systems, server management and cloud-based clinical software (e.g., Helix, Halaxy, Best Practice and Citrix).
* Implementation & Integration: Assisting in the rollout of new ICT projects, system migrations and upgrades in line with project management standards.
* Compliance & Security: Ensuring data integrity and cybersecurity protocols meet RACGP, TGA, QPA, Medicare and APHRA standards.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Establishing effective communication networks with vendors, staff and regulatory bodies to resolve complex technical queries.
* Disaster Recovery: Implementing and testing ICT pandemic and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.

Eligibility
