Job Overview
The company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Planner to join its team.
This role involves supporting production and planning teams in developing, monitoring, and improving operational processes.
You will work closely with engineers, supervisors, and superintendents to gain exposure to process design and optimisation within the industry.
A key aspect of this role is production scheduling and coordination to meet daily and weekly operational goals.
You will also be responsible for data analysis and reporting to track production performance and identify improvements.
Collaboration across site operations including logistics, maintenance, and quality control is essential.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset is crucial for this position.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Chemical, Process, or related Engineering discipline
* At least 2 years of post-graduate work experience
* Strong interest in process optimisation, production systems, or resource projects
