Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex ICT enabled programs to achieve business outcomes and benefits through modernisation and transformation initiatives, driving business change and ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver business benefits by successfully executing ICT enabled programs to achieve organisational goals and objectives across business, technology and vendor teams.
* Lead collaborative program and project teams to achieve organisational goals and objectives, driving business change management and negotiation of mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Communicate with influence both verbally and in writing with a range of internal and external stakeholders, drive business change management and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Create fit-for-purpose governance structures, plans, frameworks, integrated schedules, budgets and documentation to drive a delivery culture and ensure delivery of business outcomes and benefits.
* Lead and manage complex tender procurements, including preparation of tender documentation, contract negotiation and establishment, and vendor management to deliver ICT enabled business outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Relevant qualifications in Information Systems (or a related field) and a demonstrated understanding of PRINCE2, PMBOK and Agile (SCRUM and SAFE) delivery methodologies.
