We are now looking for a regular casual **Fitter **to join our friendly and hardworking team in Salisbury, South Australia. This hands-on role is an excellent prospect for an experienced Fitter looking to hone their skills in an environment with plenty of variety.

**Your next opportunity**:
Joining our Maintenance team as a fitter, you will be responsible for undertaking preventative maintenance throughout our processing facilities. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:
- Conducting scheduled and preventive maintenance on plant and machinery;
- Providing a high level of reliability of plant and machinery, ensuring optimum performance at all times;
- Continuous improvement of process to ensure plant performance and long-term corrective actions are always of the highest standard; and
- Adhering to Michell's policies and procedures, particularly concerning safety, at all times.
**What you will bring to the team**:
To thrive in this role, you will be a trade qualified fitter. Qualifications in hydraulics or pneumatics will be highly regarded, however **TRAINING** will be provided if required. Welding experience with Mig, Tig or Arc welders will be necessary.
Physically fit with the ability to work on your feet for extended periods will be required for the role, as will the ability to work effectively with a diverse team with varying levels of ability.
You will be required to pass a pre-employment medical, which will include alcohol and drug screening prior to employment and will undergo random drug and alcohol testing during your employment.
