**Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)**
In this position, you'll be based in Melbourne, Yarra Falls office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. Join our dynamic team as a Quality Test Analyst in an exciting 18-month fixed-term contract position Here, you'll be part of a supportive and close-knit team, where collaboration and innovation thrive. You will report directly to the Quality Assurance Test Project Lead and play a crucial role in delivering a significant end-to-end project that makes an impact.
**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:
- Designing, developing, and documenting comprehensive testing plans, test cases and test data
- Administering tests on existing software products to find limitations and faults
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot faults
- Adhering to and updating established quality assurance processes
- Participating in the delivery process including test estimation
- Writing and updating user documentation and operational procedures
- Testing integrity of new products in a networked environment
- Identify unnecessary components and risks
- Analysing documents to determine testing requirements, testing scope and test data
- Analysis of systems and processing requirements

You will possess the ability to quickly learn and take on new processes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of testing techniques, approaches, and methods
- Experience with defect reporting and management
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies: Waterfall, Iterative and Agile
- Strong written and verbal communication at all levels of stakeholders
**Desired qualifications and skills**:
- Degree in Information/ Computer Systems and/ or ISTQB foundation certificate is desirable
- Technical experience in the following technologies will be advantageous:
- Visual Studio Test Professional
- Microsoft Office
- SQL Server Management Studio
- Experience with Automation frameworks and tools - Selenium\Specflow
