Naked Sundays is seeking a commercially driven Growth, Performance marketing and Paid Media Director to lead our global customer acquisition and revenue growth strategy across paid media, performance marketing, SEO, CRO and digital growth initiatives.This role is responsible for driving profitable revenue, managing marketing investment efficiently, and scaling performance across key international markets.
You will own the growth engine of the business, from paid acquisition through to conversion optimisation and channel performance. You will work closely with the Founder, Finance and Creative teams to align growth strategy with business objectives and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the global growth strategy across paid social including meta, tiktok and search
• Own and manage the performance marketing budget, forecasting and pacing
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining efficient CAC, MER and ROAS targets
• Lead testing strategy across creative, audiences, landing pages and funnel optimisation
• Own paid search, SEO and digital performance initiatives
• Partner with Finance on forecasting, scenario modelling and marketing efficiency
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting to leadership and board
• Build and mentor a high-performing growth team (internal + agency)
• Identify new channel opportunities and scale internationally

We are looking for
• 6+ years in performance marketing or growth roles within eCommerce or DTC
• Proven track record scaling paid media budgets profitably
• Strong financial literacy and understanding of contribution margin
• Experience managing budgets at scale
• Advanced analytical skills and comfort with forecasting
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Entrepreneurial mindset with disciplined execution
