The Role
Lead and embed a culture that builds a team of engaged product ambassadors within the store. Enable and empower your management team to deliver brand moments and an elevated experience for our customer to shop seamlessly throughout the store.
Identify development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement and performance to build a succession plan. Work with Field VM and Merch partners to provide customer and store insights to drive results and create great experiences.
Manage schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity targets. Advocate for the Cotton on Foundation, leading the team on how they can make a life-changing impact.
