Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take the next step in your career? As aProject Manager, you'll be the key liaison between clients and project teams, managing the full lifecycle of high-impact projects. You'll lead with confidence, mitigate risks before they arise, and deliver exceptional outcomes across a diverse portfolio of technically challenging projects, working within our Project Leaders Team.
This role is ideal for someone withintermediate project management experiencewho's ready to step into a more pivotal, strategic position—especially if you've worked onseismic strengthening,industrial developments, orcomplex refurbishments.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead end-to-end project delivery—from planning and design through to construction and handover
* Manage consultant and contractor performance, ensuring alignment with project goals
* Oversee procurement, tendering, and contract administration
* Chair key meetings, track progress, and drive accountability
* Identify and mitigate project risks with foresight and precision
* Deliver clear, insightful reporting to clients and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, regulatory, and quality standards
* Champion Colliers Project Leaders' values and culture in every interaction
Qualifications
* 5+ years of project management experience, ideally across the full project lifecycle
* Proven experience inseismic resilience,industrial, orrefurbishmentprojects
* Strong skills in contract management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore/Aconex, Mastt)
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
* A desire to grow into a leadership role and mentor others
