This full-time role in Campbellfield, VIC will see you installing and servicing a range of garage door products for residential and commercial customers.
As an essential member of our tight-knit team, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship.
What you'll be doing
Safely and efficiently install, service and repair a variety of garage doors, motors and accessories for residential and commercial doors.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation and maintenance process.
Liaise with the sales team to ensure customer requirements are met.
Complete all necessary documentation and administration in a timely manner.
Sales skills for providing and explaining quotes.
Uphold a strong focus on workplace health and safety.
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a garage door and commercial roller door installer.
Sound knowledge of garage door systems, motors and accessories for residential and commercial doors.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
A current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
The ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment.
