About the Role:
As an AIN/DSW Worker, you required to provide high-quality, person-centered care that empowers participants to live safely, independently and with dignity in their homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
* Assist with meal preparation and light domestic tasks
* Provide Overnight care
* Support with community access and social activities
* Promote independence and skill-building
* Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation
About You:
* Minimum Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
* Experienced in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support or Community Services
* Current First Aid / CPR and Manual Handling
* Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* NDIS Screening Check
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
