You'll be supported by an experienced Drafting team led by Peter Paterson — a qualified Cartographer with over 25 years' experience, ensuring your plans are accurate and delivered efficiently.

What You'll Do
Surveying
* Conduct cadastral and selected engineering surveys, including land subdivision, boundary re‑establishments, strata surveys, control surveys, and geodetic network establishment.
* Use advanced equipment including Leica total stations and Topcon GNSS.
* Process survey data and prepare plans using Liscad, AutoCAD, and relevant industry software.
* Research, verify, and compile survey data, ensuring compliance with Landgate, WAPC, and industry standards.
Data Management & Compliance
* Prepare, audit, certify and lodge cadastral survey plans and documents with Landgate.
* Maintain accurate survey records and improve field and office procedures.
* Ensure adherence to Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards.
Client Liaison & Business Development
* Work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients.
* Provide expert advice to stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities for business growth and mentor junior surveyors.
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Degree in Surveying (or equivalent tertiary qualification)
* Licensed Surveyor registered with LSLBWA
* Strong understanding of surveying equipment and software
* Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
