About the Role
Our Bondi Junction Counter is a well-established counter attracting a considerable number of tourists. Our team consists of experienced Therapists eager to show you the ropes Our success and high demand are showcased through treatments consistently being fully booked well in advance. We take pride in being a top performer recognised amongst the beauty brands in David Jones.
As an Ultra Beauty Therapist, you will be providing clients with the highest level of customer service and education, conduct quality beauty treatments as well as meeting KPIs and sales targets whilst being up to date with new products and changes in the industry.
We are looking for someone who can work autonomously, is highly self-motivated and has experience, preferably in a department store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide client advice, education and consultation on Ultraceuticals products
* Maintain the highest level of product knowledge
* Deliver excellent customer service in line with Ultraceuticals service model
* Recommend suitable Ultraceuticals products and treatments to target client concerns and needs
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
* Conduct Ultraceuticals treatments onsite
* Be an exceptional Ultraceuticals Brand ambassador

* A team player
* Track record in achieving sales targets and meeting and exceeding KPIs

* Positive attitude and self-motivation, with a passion to achieve sales targets
* Ability to work weekends, public holidays and late-night trade according to the business needs
* Experience and understanding of cosmeceutical grade products and treatments would be advantageous

Please Note: A Beauty Therapist Certificate IV or Diploma qualification is required for this position as professional recommendations and beauty room treatments are key points of difference for Ultraceuticals. As part of the recruitment process, you will need to provide documentation of your qualification in order to progress.
