Job Responsibilities
1. Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout guests' stay.
2. Attending to guest requests immediately and leading by example to other team members by being proactive and resourceful.
3. Assisting with the night audit process, including correctly posting all hotel revenue for the day, identifying discrepancies, and producing a thorough night audit report.
4. Ensuring all duties are completed efficiently.
5. Assisting in all hotel areas to prevent potential issues, including Food & Beverage operations.
6. Maintaining procedures related to credit and cash transactions and proper documentation.
