eAs Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and organisational policies. You will lead and develop a team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain robust payroll systems and processes
.Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for employees and contractor
sEnsure compliance with Awards, EBAs, employment contracts, and relevant legislatio
nManage payroll tax, superannuation, and statutory reporting obligation
sLead and coach a team of payroll professional
sCollaborate with finance, compliance, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and risk managemen
tDrive process improvements and maintain high service standard
