Delivery Driver – Your Opportunity
We have a great opportunity for a Delivery Driver who will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of our pet products to our retail store customers in the metropolitan area. This will involve loading and unloading for deliveries and assisting with picking and packing of orders and other warehouse duties when not delivering.
The role is being offered on a permanent full time basis, Monday to Friday OR part-time Tuesday to Thursday — the choice is yours.
Being part of a small friendly team, this is a hands-on role so you will need to be physically fit and MUST have a MR Truck licence and a forklift licence.
As this role can be quite physical, you will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical and provide a current Police Clearance.
Responsibilities
* Delivering orders to customers and suppliers.
* Both pallet and hand unloading and carrying of goods.
* Picking and packing orders and general warehouse assistance when not delivering.
* Unloading cartons from containers, truck and couriers of weights up to 30kgs.
Key Skills, Competencies & Attributes
* Current MR Truck Licence and Forklift Licence is essential.
* Have previous experience as a delivery driver.
* Be fit
