 
        
        We are looking for a Back of House team members who will be responsible for maintaining a high service standard while observing our company culture and values. All applicants will be trained and will report to the Head of Kitchen. 
Role: 
Preparing fillings daily 
Decorating products to company standards 
Working with products such as chocolate and creams 
Practicing work place health and safety at all times 
General cleaning during and prior to end of shifts 
Helping front of house when required during busy periods 
Produce and maintain a consistently high level of food preparation and presentation 
Undertake general duties such as working to production schedules and meeting daily outputs, stock rotation and correct storage of products, record keeping relevant to food production, temperature control, labeling products, cleaning and sanitising equipment and kitchens, reporting of anything that may affect product quality or OH&S; in order to comply with laws and company policies. 
The successful applicant will:_ 
Have a passion for providing excellent quality product 
Previous experience within the dessert industry is highly desirable but not essential 
Proven ability to follow recipes and work to company standards 
Contribute to the effective and profitable operation of the business 
Maintain high levels of hygiene, health and safety 
The ability to work in a fast paced setting and at times under pressure 
Have the ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including weekends, mornings and nights, and public holidays.

Pay: $21.38 - $37.06 per hour
