About the Role
We are seeking a skilled commercial property sales expert to lead our Victorian initiative in the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across the Greater Bendigo region.
This is an exciting opportunity for a natural hunter who is commercially astute and has a proven track record in sourcing, listing, selling and leasing commercial properties. You will be responsible for maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers, negotiating property transactions from start to finish and cultivating strong relationships with key account clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing, listing and selling commercial properties across Greater Bendigo and surrounding areas
* Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
* Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
* Cultivating strong relationships with key account clients
Requirements:
* A current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
* Entrepreneurial spirit and commercially astute mindset
* Excellent communication skills with ability to converse with diverse stakeholders
* Will to learn and ambitions to grow
