**The Role**
Reporting to the State Logistics Manager, you will provide direction and leadership for the Distribution Centre Operations Management Team, actively liaise with GPC Asia Pacific Key Appointments and Team Members to ensure KPI obligations are being met and exceeded.
**What you will do**:
- Demonstrate outstanding safety leadership, ensuring the safety of all team members, contractors and visitors
- Oversee the efficient execution of the warehouse labour resourcing plan through the warehouse operations management and team members
- Identify operational efficiency opportunities, develop and implement strategies for the resolution of problems whilst maintaining effective performance and productivity.
- Deliver Customer Service inline with service level agreements in place - proactively engage with customer to understand business needs
- Ensure budget targets are achieved and understand daily, weekly, monthly commercial analytical reports are understood and used to form decisions for forward planning
- Positive Culture sustained and development as part of Senior leadership team

- Provide leadership and ensure that all contractual obligations are as a minimum requirement delivered to standard as minimum or exceeded beyond agreed standards.
**About You**:
- Operational Management experience of 2 years and above in logistics / DC environment
- Intermediate to advance excel
- Cert 3 in logistics and transport is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strengths in Change Management and have a learning mindset.
- Competent in budget/analytical reporting
- Proven experience of exceptional leadership skills
- Proactive Planning for seamless execution
