As our Intake Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for new clients and their families. You'll manage client enquiries, coordinate in-home assessments, and ensure a smooth and professional intake experience.
You'll use your strong time management, ethical judgment, and organisational skills to help us deliver on our mission:
"Improving the quality of life for those we serve."
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to client enquiries with warmth and professionalism
* Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients
* Maintain accurate client records and follow ethical standards
* Work closely with care coordinator, nurses and admin teams
What We Are Looking For
* Highly organised with strong time management skills
* Ethical, reliable, and compassionate approach
* A confident communicator who enjoys helping people
* Comfortable using systems, software, and managing dataExperience in Aged Care, Disability, or Community Support
* Holds a current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

* Certificate 3 Individual Support (Highly Desirable)
* Blue Card
* Police Check
* First Aid & CPR
* Car Insurance
* Car Registration
