Trade Team Leader

About The Role
Trade Team Leaders demonstrate emerging or developed leadership skills. In this role you will draw on your mechanical & auto parts knowledge, providing front-line technical support, product advice & assistance to Repco customers in relation to technical & sales enquiries.

Have a safety mindset & always strive to provide the safest work environmentLead a team of Drivers & Parts Interpreters, with a focus on coaching & developmentCoordinate Driver delivery schedulesProvide exceptional customer serviceSound computer skillsBe a team player, working collaboratively to ensure the success of the storeAvailability to work alternating weekendsHold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
Note, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving.
