Digital Matter
Posted: 21 January
Offer description

Digital Matter is undergoing a global transformation to unify and digitise its commercial and sales operations across all regions with this initiative lead by the finance team. As part of this program, we are seeking a RevOps and Workflow Automation Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract to help build a single, centralised commercial operating model—anchored in a globally standardised HubSpot environment, streamlined Revenue Operations processes, and modern automated workflows. This role is critical to designing the scalable, repeatable systems that will form the backbone of a digitally enabled global sales function, before being transitioned to long-term Sales ownership.

This is a strategic execution role for a highly organised, cross-functional, AI technology-curious, and focused on translating transformation goals into operational reality. The RevOps and Workflow Automation Specialist will coordinate the development, rollout, documentation, and change-management of new HubSpot and RevOps processes—ensuring consistency, adoption, and measurable impact across the organisation through the use of AI practices and adoption.

Working with our Head of FP&A, and strong relationships with our go to market and product team, this role will also leverage components of Digital Matter's existing AI project pathway to support automation, knowledge capture, process optimisation, and enriched commercial insights. While not a technical AI role, foundational AI literacy will help the RevOps and Workflow Automation Specialist understand capabilities, evaluate approved use cases, and embed AI-enabled efficiency into the global sales workflow in a responsible and structured way.

Ultimately, this role ensures Digital Matter's global sales function is supported by a robust, centralised, and digitally mature commercial engine—one that enhances visibility, scalability, and decision-making across the business, and positions Sales teams for long-term success.
