Our Chadstone store is one of our highest turnover stores and is known for providing their customers with exceptional service.
**The role**:
We are looking for an experienced and strong Store Manager to join our team of 12. You will be an all rounder Store Manager with a love for premium and luxury items. You will assist our customers in helping them design their dream. You will be responsible for motivating the team to reach their potential and reach their KPIs. You will also oversee the visual merchandising standards to ensure they are company standards and have control over the inventory management.
**Skills & experience**:
- Previous Store Manager with minimum 4 years management experience.
- Experience in leading a team over 10 members.
- An eye for design and attention for detail.
- Strong communication skills, with customers and your team.
- Highly organised to ensure our store is always at its best.
- Previous stock control and visual merchandising experience.
