Today, we are seeking candidate registrations, for those looking for a career in the outdoors, ranging from Labouring to Operating roles, or perhaps in the Manufacturing industry. The positions we recruit for, range from part time, to full time - short and long term contracts, casual or permanent, and include a range of amazing organisations and clients, such as Local Government, State Government and both well-known and start-up private organisations in the beautiful Clarence Valley.
Hourly rate/salary's will vary, depending on the available position, and this will be communicated transparently, to our shortlisted candidates, for their consideration.

What We Look For
* Labouring experience is NOT always required; we welcome candidates seeking a career change or fresh out of school.
* A driver's licence and reliable vehicle are needed to get to and from work if successful for a position.
* Availability – our clients need range from full‐time to part‐time hours, so please communicate your preferences with our team when they contact you. Typically we seek candidates who can work all, or some days, between Monday and Friday.
* Excellent physical fitness is a MUST – all host environments involve manual labour, which can be repetitive and heavy at times; a full functional physical test may be requested.
* Fitness for work, with the ability to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to commencement.
* Tickets and Qualifications: If you are looking for a career in construction, a White Card will be required as a minimum. For all other industries, the tickets required will depend upon the role.
