You will deliver a full range of high-quality HR services including: Supporting Offshore Management with all aspects of Human Resources and Employee Relations Management Employee relations issue resolution Consultation and advice on areas such performance management and standards and conditions of employment Review and update of policy and procedures Promote a strong service culture to the Operations Division Offshore resourcing requirements Salary and benefits administration Disputes and grievance handling Support the business with roll-out of employee-based initiatives Relevant HR tertiary qualification or equivalent Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations and staff management/development Previously experience within the Oil & Gas or Resources sector is preferable Work closely with all other teams in HR and IR to ensure a consistent approach and application of policy across the business in line with long-term strategies Relevant HR role at a Professional level with additional other related experience Experience in site-based contexts and ability to deliver on HR projects Experience in managing grievances and conducting workplace investigations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the Company, especially with frontline employees Ability to demonstrate well developed knowledge and experience of applicable legislation including the, Modern Awards and the National Employment Standards Excellent day rate!
