About the Role:
Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level in a highly specialised, multidisciplinary environment? The Renal Network is seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to join its dedicated team providing comprehensive, patient-centred care across the ACT and Southern NSW. From acute and chronic kidney care to home dialysis, transplantation, and renal supportive care, our service spans the full spectrum of renal treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
As part of Canberra Health Services, the Renal Service supports a seamless continuum of care for patients with renal dysfunction, with a robust emphasis on evidence-based practice, education, safety, and collaboration. In this advanced nursing role, you'll bring leadership and clinical expertise to a team committed to innovation and excellence in nephrology.
This is a dynamic position requiring flexibility, as you'll rotate across our dialysis clinics and contribute to the after-hours on-call dialysis service. If you're passionate about renal care and thrive in a multidisciplinary team, we want to hear from you.
