About Us
Royal Victoria Collection and Banks Benchtops are premium stone brands servicing interior designers, builders, cabinetmakers, stonemasons, developers, and homeowners undertaking renovations.
We are in a strong growth phase and are looking for a high-performing, energetic Digital Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes modern marketing and knows how to turn content, ads, and data into real leads and sales.
This is not a junior role. We want someone experienced, proactive, and excited by cutting-edge marketing across multiple channels.
The Role
You will own and drive our digital marketing activity across email, social media, paid advertising, and content, working across both brands. You’ll be hands-on, data-driven, and constantly optimising performance.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing (EDM)
* Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns
* Develop targeted campaigns for different customer segments across both brands
* Manage email automations and lead-nurture sequences
* Analyse campaign performance and optimise for engagement and conversion
* Maintain email list hygiene and ensure compliance with Australian spam regulations
Social Media Management
* Manage daily posting and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
* Create and manage content calendars aligned with business goals and seasonal trends
* Monitor trends and competitor activity
* Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally
* Grow audience engagement and followers organically
Paid Advertising
* Plan, execute, and optimise Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
* Manage budgets and provide clear performance reporting
* Run A/B testing to improve ROI
* Develop audience targeting strategies across B2C and B2B markets
* Stay current with platform updates and best practices
Content Creation
* Write compelling content for social media, email campaigns, and ads
* Create and edit photos and videos (basic to intermediate level)
* Coordinate with external photographers and videographers when required
* Ensure brand consistency across all channels
* Develop content that showcases products, completed projects, and company culture
Strategy & Analysis
* Track and report on marketing performance using platform analytics
* Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement
* Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools
* Provide insights and recommendations directly to management
Skills & Experience Required
* 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing (B2C and/or B2B)
* Proven results with email marketing campaigns
* Strong experience managing social media across multiple platforms
* Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytics skills
* Excellent written communication and attention to detail
* Basic to intermediate photo and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects
