Child Care Assistant Director – Early Learning Centre

Our client manages a family-focused group of boutique early learning centres committed to delivering outstanding education and care. Their purpose-built centre in the Tuggerah area of the Central Coast NSW is seeking a passionate and dedicated child care educator to join the team in a key leadership role and continue their success.
Your existing qualifications may be; diploma, Bachelor if Education (ECT) or actively working towards one of these qualifications.
More important to our client is your demonstrated experience leading and motivating educators, delivering outstanding outcomes for children and families and embracing a "can do" approach within the team.
Needless to say you will have a strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, NQS and the Education and Care Services National Regulations along outstanding communication skills, a high attention to detail and unwaivering standards.
The successful applicant will be friendly, outgoing and approachable individualwho works well in a team and autonomously. Outstanding communication skills are essential as is a professional level of presentation.
You will be an integral part of the management team, networking directly with the owners, Centre Directors and Educational Leaders across the group.
