- Delivering an exceptional service to members, third parties and service providers on claims enquiries and lodgement referrals and enquiries via multiple channels throughout the insurance claim
- Managing assigned caseload in line with the organisation best practice procedures
- Determining home claims liability and negotiating a prompt and cost-effective home insurance claim settlement
- Determining potential recovery action on assigned caseload
- Determining appropriate option for resolving claims settlement disputes (e.g. arbitration or mediation)
- Identifying legal principles that may affect the claims settlement decision and take appropriate actions
**The Successful Applicant**:
This is not your standard call centre role, its very much a customer service admin position You must be authentic, have empathy and able to actively listen to be successful in this role. Previous customer service experience in a call centre is ideal, otherwise, in a professional office setting.
