The Pipeline Renewals team delivers end‐to‐end rehabilitation and replacement services across water, sewer and stormwater utility assets. With specialist experience in trenchless technology, pipe bursting, directional drilling and other leading technologies, we have a highly experienced Renewals team that provides strong technical solutions to our clients.
About The Opportunity
We're looking for an ambitious Senior Project Engineer who is ready to take the next step in their career as a Project Manager within our QLD Pipeline Renewals team in Brisbane. This is a genuine career progression opportunity where you'll transition into a leadership role, taking full ownership of projects from planning through to delivery. In this role, you'll lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive outcomes across pipeline rehabilitation works. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you'll coordinate resources, oversee programs, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You'll have the chance to shape project performance, step into broader leadership responsibilities, and make a real impact on your team and the business.
What You'll Bring To The Team
* Experience as a Senior Project Engineer, ideally with a background in sewer or wastewater projects, and a readiness to step into a Project Manager role.
* Proven leadership skills, with the confidence to lead teams both on‐site and in the office.
* Strong project delivery experience, focused on safety, cost efficiency, and timely outcomes.
* A proactive mindset, with a drive to improve performance, processes, and team culture.
* A genuine interest in mentoring others and contributing to the development of your team.
